Did some work on an older piece. 
Still handicapped by my mouse (but i should have my new tablet any day now!!!
)...
I fixed the hair a bit (still some of it that bugs me) and changed the eyes and background. And tried to add some texture to the lips. I think it's better, but could be better still...
And i added a border.

Update: I went back over again, adding more detail to the face (eyes, lips, ear, shading)... And some details to the background. And *gasp* a title!!! And one that isn't generic!!!
